We, the entire members of the MARYLAND COMPREHENSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL OLD STUDENT ASSOCIATION of 1999 set, have solemnly resolved to come together as one body for the purpose of Networking and Professional Development and Giving back to our Alumni and the Society to be governed by this constitution.
