This month I will be sharing with you “NEW BEGINNING”.

To experience a New Beginning there are things you must do which I will be sharing with you.

Today, I will share with you “INTEGRITY PART 1”.

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.

Integrity is the foundation for a successful relationship between people.

the state of being whole and undivided.

People with integrity follow moral and ethical principles in all aspects of life. Integrity should extend to professional areas at work such as decision making, interacting with colleagues and serving customers or clients.

For instance, in the Work Place-

Employers who are committed to hiring employees with integrity are better equipped to provide high-quality service and maintain a positive reputation. When employees have integrity, their managers can trust their team is working diligently.

Character traits related to integrity

While integrity is more of a quality than a skill, it can still be developed over time through the below:

1. Respect

A person with integrity must be respectful. As the saying goes: respect is reciprocal.

2. Honest

A person with integrity must be honest in all he or she does. Honesty is like a fuel that keep a vehicle moving. A life that is void of honest will stop working in no time.

3. Trustworthy

Are you trustworthy. Can people trust you with little things? Can you be trusted with money? Can you be trusted with position? Can you be trusted in the circle you belong?

4. Hardworking

You must always be hardworking irrespective of what you do. Always do you best in anything you do.
