How would you describe yourself experience about coming to MCSS
The Maryland Experience was a bitter sweet experience for me. The culture change from Victory Grammar School to MCSS was quite interesting. Coming from private to a public school at the time was a new experience.
You in MCSS : mcss experience
Luckily i made friends with great people while in school. We did quite enough escapades, and it was more interesting for me because i was never the face of any of those activities. Always the quiet one in the background. All the gambling escapades, still rings a bell. Especially a day when Adeolu i think came with a special dice; the gist was the dice was fortified so he wasnt meant to share with anyone. Well He was only throwing 6 and 5 all through, till Ehije grabbed the dice and we saw that the dice only had Sixes and Fives on it. Whole place scattered.
Pal in MCSS:
Theo Akhimie, Ehije Ojeabulu, Ibrahim Jimoh, Sheriff Balogun i guess, Niyi Adesanya, Falilat.
Memorable moments in MCSS
Too many to count. I remember when i was meant to repeat SSS1 because i failed maths, until we discovered maths wasnt a compulsory subject for us in Arts class. My mom followed me to school for the first time ever in my life. I also remember sustaining a hand injury in SS2 or so. I was taken to Ifeoma’s Dad’s Clinic, word got to the house and i was also picked up for the first time as well. I was meant to be Ghetto through out my stay in school.
